Kevin Keresey
as "Jack

  Originally from New York, Kevin has appeared in many independent films including, BA0, TRACKDOWN, NG IS MISSING, PRIME TARGET, THE YARD BROTHERS and others, as well as television appearances and dozens of plays in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Eventually he started writing his own Plays and Screenplays. His third screenplay, THE RAT THING, was a semi finalist in the prestigious Nicholls Screenwriting Competition. Judged solely by members of the Motion Picture Academy, the Nicholls is considered to be the premier screenwriting contest. THE RAT THING was also a big hit at three different Staged Readings done at the HBO Workspace. Kevin subsequently received multiple offers for representation for the project from well respected industry agents and producers to sell the screenplay to a major studio. He passed on all offers to sell, including an offer for him to star (but not direct) in the picture and be surrounded by "names." Instead he decided to raise the money independently and produce the film himself, staying true to his vision of directing the film with the original cast he'd chosen.

Michael McGee
as "Joey
"
  Michael McGee began his acting work in San Francisco where he studied with Wendell Philips and Jean Shelton. He appeared on stage in many plays there including productions of LYSISTRATA, THE ADDING MACHINE, TANGO, GEMINI, BLEACHER BUMS, DREYFUS IN REHEARSAL, THE BRIDGE, CRIMES OF THE HEART and also appeared in his first independent film "THE METHOD". He also taught acting at the Jean Shelton Acting School in San Francisco where he met long time friend Kevin Keresey.

After returning to Los Angeles where he spent most of his youth he continued doing theatre, both acting and directing. Most notably, he directed a critically acclaimed production of Maxim Gorky's classic THE LOWER DEPTHS set in current time on Skid Row where he cast and coached homeless artists to play alongside of actors, and as an actor in a production of HAMLET where he played Polonius with a cast including notable actors Don Cheadle and Jesse Borrego. He appeared in several independent films playing featured roles including BLACK written and directed by Bruce Beatty. THE RAT THING marks his first lead role in a film.

McGee also writes screenplays and has plans to direct his first film of a screenplay adaptation entitled, "El Entierro del Mal Humor"(Burying the Ill Humor), that he wrote based on three short stories from a book written by his brother Tom McGee. He wrote the screenplay adaptation in English and translated it with Jaime Bermudez into Spanish. He plans to shoot the film set in Mexico.


Charmaine Cruz
as "Irene"
  Charmaine began her training on stage with Bill Traylor at The Loft Studio and Cinda Jackson at the renamed Lost Studio in Los Angeles. While in New York she performed off-Broadway and regionally, originating many roles including the role of Bala in THE INUIT at the Annenberg Center in Philadelphia. Back in LA she created numerous characters under critically acclaimed LA stage directors John Steppling, Guy Zimmerman, Wesley Walker, Sharon Yablon, Michael Farkash and Cinda Jackson. Movie and TV credits include THE BRONX WAR, SHAKEDOWN, SAVE VIRGIL, PISSED, MELROSE PLACE, CHARMED, SUNSET BEACH, PASSIONS, Fox M.O.W. THE TOWER, CBS Mini-Series AMERICAN TRAGEDY, and most recently THE RAT THING.

Holly Fulger
as "Barbara Jean"
  A recognized comedic actress, Holly Fulger is an experienced television series regular on such television shows as ELLEN, THIRTYSOMETHING, ANYTHING BUT LOVE with Jamie Lee Curtis, and the JOHN LARROQUETTE SHOW. Ms. Fulger has also guest starred in GRACE UNDER FIRE, THE NORM SHOW and TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL. She co-starred with Jackie Gleason and Tom Hanks in NOTHING IN COMMON, with Tom Selleck in AN INNOCENT MAN, with Charlie Sheen and Tom Berenger in MAJOR LEAGUE and many other feature films and over fifteen television movies as well. Ms. Fulger studied stage acting in Chicago. She was in the REMAINS theatre company in Chicago where she starred in many award winning plays directed by Tony® award winning director Robert Falls.

Graham Beckel
as "Joey's Boss"
  Graham made his Broadway debut in Preston Jones' A TEXAS TRILOGY. He was a member of The Obie winning cast of THE MARRIAGE OF BETTE AND BOO by Chris Durang at Joe Papp's New York Public Theater. He worked extensively in New York and regional theater. His film credits include L.A. CONFIDENTIAL playing Russell Crowe's corrupt partner Stensland. LEAVING LAS VEGAS and LIEBERSTRAUM both directed by Mike Figgis. BULLWORTH directed by Warren Beatty. He was Martin Lawrence's foolish commanding officer in BLUESTREAK and Commander of the Navy in PEARL HARBOR. Other credits include JENNIFER 8 in which he co-stared with Andy Garcia, TRUE CRIME directed by Clint Eastwood and the Polish Brothers' NORTHFORK. He will be seen in Ang Lee's upcoming BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN and Eric Bernt's VEGAS BABY! Mr. Beckel made his film debut playing Ford in James Bridge's classic account of the first year at Harvard Law School THE PAPER CHASE.

Gloria Allred
as Herself
  Ms. Allred is an attorney and a partner in the law firm  of  Allred, Maroko & Goldberg. She has been practicing law for approximately  30  years. Her law firm, Allred, Maroko & Goldberg handles cases involving employment discrimination, including sex, race, age, physical handicap, sexual orientation, AIDS, sexual  harassment, and wrongful termination. The firm  is well known for their work on behalf of victims. Her law firm has won many precedent - setting  legal victories, and she has won countless awards for her pioneering legal work on behalf of women's and minority rights. Ms. Allred was a radio show host on KABC Talkradio in Los Angeles for 14 years  and was nominated twice for an Emmy® for her television commentaries on KABC-TV. She is also the author of "Fight Back and Win - My Thirty Year Fight Against Injustice And How You Can Win Your Own Battles", which she wrote with Deborah Caulfield Rybak (Regan Books).

In addition to being an attorney, Ms. Allred has held California life credentials in secondary school education and supervision. She taught in public schools for six and a half years, and was also a lecturer at the University of Southern California for several years. Ms. Allred has two grandchildren, Sarah and Sam, and her daughter, Lisa, is an attorney who appears as an anchor on Court TV.


Dana Lee
as "The Judge"
  Dana, a veteran actor of thirty-five years, has compiled a huge and impressive resume. In theatre, he has performed in such prestigious venues as The Public Theatre in New York in Wakako Yamauchi's "The Music Lesson," The Mark Taper Forum in "Green Card" written and directed by Joanne Akalitis, The Doolittle in Los Angeles in Maxine Hong Kingston's "The Woman Warrior," The Pasadena Playhouse in Velina Houston's "Ikebana," and at the Singapore Repertory playing George to Nancy Kwan's Martha in Edward Albee's "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" His most recent theater credit is Jessica Hagedorn's "Dogeaters" which the TCG has picked up for their 2006-2007 season at the Kirk Douglas.

In Television, Dana has amassed well over fifty guest-starring appearances, most notably, a recurring role as Oil Minister Han in "Dynasty". Recent credits include "Jag," "She Spies," "Strong Medicine," "Las Vegas." His numerous feature film credits include supporting roles in "Rambo," "Lethal Weapon 4," "I Spy," "The Honeymooners," and the recently completed "Nancy Drew: The Mystery of Hollywood Hills." Dana has also done several commercials. Most notable is the recent Staples commercial where he played the Emperor of China staring down a horde of Huns and the Mountain Dew commercial where he is the master of the "slap happy" game.
